Role Overview
We’re seeking hungry, motivated sales professionals who love helping local businesses grow. In this role, you will:
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business clients
• Sell comprehensive marketing solutions including web design, SEO, social media, ads, and more
• Build ongoing relationships that lead to recurring revenue
• Represent Wingman Planning in person (for Belmar/local) or digitally (remote)
Additionally, this role is 100% commission — no salary, no benefits, and total flexibility.
What You’ll Earn
• 10% Commission on all Revenue from New Clients — earn strong income right from your closings
• 10% Recurring Commission on services purchased by clients you bring in — build long-term income streams
• No cap on earnings — your performance dictates your income (All commission rates based on client revenue after contracts are signed.)
Who Succeeds Here
We’re looking for sales professionals who are:
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
Comfortable cold calling, networking, and presenting digitally
Skilled at building trust and consultative sales conversations
Able to manage their own schedule and pipeline
Passionate about helping businesses grow
Experience in marketing sales, consultative selling, B2B services, or digital solutions is a plus (but not required — results matter most).
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new leads through outreach and warm connections
• Provide education to prospective clients on Wingman’s service offerings
• Customize solutions and proposals solutions and proposals to each client’s goals
• Close agreements and manage handoff to fulfillment teams
• Maintain a healthy pipeline to sustain recurring revenue
