Social Media Coordinator

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to support the creation, management, and execution of social media content across multiple platforms and client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, trend-savvy, and comfortable balancing multiple projects while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging, on-brand captions and short-form marketing copy for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
• Create and assist with social media content, including graphics, reels, short-form videos, and story content
• Edit video content for social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice, trends, and platform best practices
• Schedule content using social media scheduling tools and manage direct posting when required
• Maintain and organize content calendars to support consistent posting across multiple client accounts
• Collaborate with internal team members to plan, create, and execute social media campaigns
• Monitor post performance and engagement to help inform future content and strategy
• Stay up to date on social media trends, features, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
• Communicate with team members and clients as needed to ensure content is accurate, timely, and on-brand

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills with an understanding of tone, voice, and branding
• Proficient in using Instagram, FB, TikTok, Canva/graphics skills, and video editing
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and accounts
• Comfortable collaborating with a creative team and receiving feedback
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
