Wingman Planning is seeking a versatile Website Coordinator who excels at juggling multiple digital projects, ranging from WordPress to Shopify to Custom built website solutions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a hands-on approach, thrives within a collaborative team, and adapts quickly to new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Website Projects
    • Coordinate the development and maintenance of WordPress, Shopify, and custom-built websites to ensure they meet performance and design standards.
    • Work closely with designers, content creators, and developers to implement new features and improvements.
  • Ensure Quality & Consistency
    • Manage website updates, troubleshoot issues, and maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.
    • Monitor site performance, user feedback, and analytics to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with cross-departmental teams, including marketing, design, and SEO, to align on project requirements and deadlines.
    • Coordinate resources and timelines to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Continuous Learning & Improvement
    • Stay informed about emerging web technologies, design trends, and best practices.
    • Proactively look for ways to optimize user experience and increase operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS with the ability to manage web content across multiple platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and Shopify; some familiarity with custom website development or willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle several projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work on-site five days a week and collaborate closely with team members.
  • Eager to learn new tools and technologies, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
